For as long as I can remember I have been baking and doing craft with my grandmothers and my mother, especially in the time leading up to Christmas. This time we call ‘Advent’ in German and when the days get shorter and the weather colder the best thing to do is to fill the house with the delightful scents of Christmas, listen to music, light candles and get creative to decorate the house.

Although Australia’s climate is of course very different, I still enjoy the time leading up to Christmas and bake and do craft just like I used to back home, bringing some of Germany’s rich Christmas traditions to my adopted home country and hopefully to your homes.

Christmas time in particular inspired me to start my own business but I will be adding other products as soon as they become available. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do when making them for you.
